Zusammenfassung

SCHOTT Pharma Schweiz AG is seeking a Project Manager R&D and Global Engineering (m/w/d) to lead complex development projects from concept to market launch. The role spans product and process development in a medical devices/pharma context and requires strong cross-functional leadership.

You will manage scope, budget, and timelines, translate between technical and business stakeholders, and travel up to 30% internationally.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Life Science or Engineering.
• 4+ years of project management experience in product/process development of medical devices or pharmaceutical packaging.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams in complex organizations and ability to guide team members.
• Knowledge of design control processes and related standards (21 CFR 820; ISO 13485; ISO 15378).
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset and structured working style with ability to prioritize.

Aufgaben

• Drive complex development and customer projects from first studies to market launch.
• Manage project planning and execution to keep scope, quality, budget, and target cost under control.
• Lead cross-functional project teams with a balance of business needs and processes.
• Represent the project and report to stakeholders, steering committees and top management up to board level.
• Translate content between technical and business colleagues and ensure project success.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% internationally.
