Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Materials and inventory management
• Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams
• Continuous improvement
• Cost-benefit analysis
• KPI (Key Performance Indicator) management, particularly OTIF
• Identification of cost-saving opportunities and execution plans
• 3–5 years of experience in similar Supply Chain positions
• MRP — preferred

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with purchasing guidelines.
• Participate in production planning to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate shipments with departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Administration of the purchasing process for all indirect materials and services.
• Ensure proper planning of production orders in SAP and Boehme-Weihs.
• Generate labels in SAP related to production orders.
• Confirm production orders and verify proper material consumption.
• Prepare shipping documents and notify the IMPO-EXPO department for loading.
