You will co-pilot people strategies for operations, manufacturing and supply chain, partnering with managers, apprentices and cross-functional teams to drive a future-focused beverages agenda. You will shape organization design, talent development and employee engagement, while ensuring Swiss labour law compliance and strong apprenticeship

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of people processes, including workforce planning and talent development.
• Solid understanding of Swiss labour law and employment practices.
• Ability to coach managers through change.
• Collaborative, empathetic and adaptable mindset.
• Fluent in French, German and English.
