Nestlé Waters is seeking an Accounting Specialist in Henniez, Switzerland. The role focuses on managing and analysing financial information, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting, and supporting business decisions within a hybrid, permanent setup.

You will collaborate with Finance and Control teams, support the apprentice, and contribute to governance, controls, and treasury management while using SAP and MS Office to drive performance and accuracy.

• Experience with month-end closing processes.

• Deliver accurate and timely accounting, financial analysis and reporting across your areas of responsibility.
• Drive monthly closing activities, journal entries and balance sheet reviews to maintain reliable financial records.
• Prepare transparent forecasts of overheads and analyse performance against budgets to support informed business decisions.
• Ensure strong governance, internal controls and compliance through audit support and accurate statutory declarations.
• Manage treasury information, current accounts, asset records and master data to strengthen financial visibility and control.
• Coach and support the Finance apprentice while collaborating with Finance colleagues and cost owners to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.

• Collaborating proactively with internal stakeholders while demonstrating autonomy, accuracy and strong attention to detail.


• Communicating fluently in French and English; German is an advantage.
