Job summary

Saya Suka is seeking an ambitious content intern to create high‑engagement content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn—Reels, short‑form videos, carousels and posts. You’ll develop ideas to grow our community and drive Founding Member sign‑ups, and capture events and behind‑the‑scenes moments to turn into fast, platform-specific content. Work hands‑on with the CMO, own your channels end‑to‑end, and room to grow into more marketing topics.

Location: Zurich, hybrid. Start asap.

Qualifications

• Proven track record: content you created that performed, ideally with numbers (please include examples)
• Experience with consumer goods: food, beverage, beauty, lifestyle or similar brands
• A strong feel for trends, hooks and storytelling in short-form video
• Hands-on skills in shooting and editing on mobile (CapCut or similar); design skills (Canva, Adobe) are a plus
• Independent, fast and reliable, comfortable owning your channels end to end
• Fluent English & German
• Interest in sport, longevity, wellbeing or lifestyle

Responsibilities

• Create high-engagement content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn: Reels, short-form videos, carousels and posts
• Develop content ideas and formats that grow our community and drive Founding Member sign-ups
• Capture events, collaborations and behind-the-scenes moments, and turn them into content fast
• Adapt one idea to each platform: playful on TikTok, aesthetic on Instagram, founder- and brand-story on LinkedIn
• Track performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares) and double down on what works
• Work with creators, partners and the founding team on campaigns and launches
