Jobgether is seeking a Short-Form Content Creator (Freelancer) based in Switzerland to transform weekly two-hour podcast episodes into engaging vertical videos for YouTube Shorts, Reels, Facebook, and TikTok.

You will own the entire editing process, from hooks to subtitles, and optimize pacing for each platform. The role emphasizes performance-based earnings and ownership of content production, with remote collaboration and flexible hours.

Qualifications

Proven experience creating short-form video content for social media with measurable reach.
Ability to provide performance data: views, reach, engagement, and subscriber growth.
Strong understanding of YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and TikTok and their algorithms.
Excellent editing skills to transform long-form material into short-form content.
Strong storytelling with impactful hooks and engaging pacing.
Experience with subtitles, pacing optimization, and platform-specific requirements.
Familiarity with AI-powered content creation/editing tools including automatic captioning and clip-finding software.
Fluent German language skills for editing German-language content.
Interest in financial markets, investing, and trading is a plus.
Analytical, creative, and results-oriented with remote freelance work capabilities.
Willingness to work on a performance-based compensation model.

Responsibilities
