Captain Sams Pizza is seeking a creative Social Media Executive to own content creation, social media execution, and influencer campaigns. You will plan calendars, edit videos, design graphics, and optimize posts across platforms to grow engagement.

The role emphasizes trend awareness, data-driven content decisions, and maintaining consistent brand visuals. Work is in-person at our Swiss location with opportunities to shape online presence.

Formación

• 1–3 years of social media/content creation experience.
• Strong understanding of social platforms & algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Reels and short-form video.
• Knowledge of CapCut / Premiere Pro / VN or similar editing tools.
• Knowledge of Canva / Photoshop or similar design tools.
• Understanding of Influencer Marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging Reels, videos, posts, stories and social media content.

• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, hashtags, audio and platform algorithms
• Understand and apply Instagram, Facebook and YouTube algorithms to improve reach and engagement
• Identify, coordinate and manage influencer collaborations and campaigns
• Monitor competitors and identify new content and campaign opportunities
• Track reach, engagement, views, followers and content performance
• Use analytics and insights to improve future content and social media strategy
• Ensure consistency in brand communication, tone and visual identity

We are looking for a creative, trend-aware and digitally savvy Social Media Executive who can take ownership of content creation, social media execution, influencer marketing and day-to-day platform growth.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging Reels, videos, posts, stories and social media content
• Handle video editing and graphic designing for digital platforms
• Plan and execute social media content calendars
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, hashtags, audio and platform algorithms
