Job summary

WeAreAgent GmbH in Switzerland seeks a content creator who turns client businesses into engaging short-form content. You will ideate hooks, scripts, film on client locations in German, and edit for Meta, Reels, Stories and TikTok.

You will work with an international, fast-moving team, handling on-site shoots and hybrid studio days in Laax and across Switzerland. A portfolio showing results and 2–3 years of social content experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years creating social content for brands, an agency or personal channels.
• Good spoken German; understanding Swiss German is a must.
• Fast, clean editing with CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong sense of hooks, pacing and what works in the first few seconds.

Responsibilities

• Come up with content ideas, hooks and short scripts for each client.
• Plan monthly content batches with the team.
• Film at client locations and shoot in German.
• Edit short-form video for Meta ads, Reels, Stories and TikTok with captions and simple motion text.
• Edit longer form content like VSLs with animations and sound effects.
• Deliver several hooks and cuts per video and adjust batches based on performance.
