Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in digital marketing, experience with social media content for employer branding, and a knack for design and video production. The role is hybrid within Switzerland, starting immediately.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content for employer branding.
• Storytelling for digital channels, preferably in finance/banking.
• Graphic design and image editing with Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Video production experience is a plus.
• At least three years in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing and creating social media content with a focus on employer branding.
• Developing and implementing storytelling concepts for digital channels.
• Designing and editing images and graphics using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom.
• Preparing content for the target group to authentically represent the employer brand.
• Optionally, depending on experience: Participation in the conception and production of videos.
