Nestlé Purina Europe is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support Learning and Talent Development activities, creating engaging learning experiences for our people. You will join an international HR environment, take ownership, and help turn ideas into well-organised learning initiatives while gaining hands-on HR exposure.

Responsibilities include coordinating training sessions, managing invitations and attendance, arranging materials, maintaining records, and supporting reporting with Excel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's student or recent graduate in a relevant field
• Fluent English with good communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate activities across stakeholders

• Identify opportunities to improve participant experience and simplify processes

How you'll make an impact as a Human Resources Intern

• Support the coordination and delivery of training sessions, workshops and learning events

• Maintain accurate training records and support reporting activities using Excel
• Contribute to Learning and Talent Development projects across Purina Europe

• Identify opportunities to improve the participant experience and simplify existing processes

What will make you successful

• Bachelor's or Master's student, or recent graduate, with a genuine interest in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence in coordinating several activities and following up with different stakeholders
• Clear and engaging communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning
