Nestlé Purina Europe is offering an internship in Human Resources to support Learning and Talent Development activities. You will help design engaging learning experiences for our people, collaborate with international HR teams, and gain hands-on experience across projects.

The role emphasizes ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and the chance to contribute to meaningful people development initiatives while building your professional network.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence coordinating several activities and following up with different stakeholders.
• Clear and engaging communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Mansioni

• Support the coordination and delivery of training sessions, workshops and learning events.
• Manage training invitations, participant communications and attendance tracking.
• Coordinate practical arrangements, including meeting rooms, schedules and learning materials.
• Maintain accurate training records and support reporting activities using Excel.
• Contribute to Learning and Talent Development projects across Purina Europe.
• Prepare clear and engaging presentations, communications and project materials.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and business stakeholders in an international environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve the participant experience and simplify existing processes.
