Zusammenfassung

Anonymous is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join the EMEA People team. This role offers hands-on experience across HR disciplines in a fast-paced, international technology company, with exposure to multiple European countries.

You will work closely with the EMEA HR team on daily operations, recruitment, HR administration, and people processes, gaining a solid foundation in Human Resources during this 6-month internship.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor- or master-level study in HR, law, business, or economics completed within the last 12 months or in progress.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; other European languages are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable using HR systems and technology.

Aufgaben

  • Assist with HR administration tasks: onboarding, contracts, and new hire paperwork.
  • Support recruitment: publish jobs, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and reference checks.
  • Help manage Time & Attendance and maintain employee records.
  • Support HR systems and data tasks, including reporting and data validation.
  • Assist with compliance training and general HR-related inquiries.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our EMEA People team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their HR career who wants to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines in an international, fast-paced technology company.

Working closely with the EMEA HR team, you will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, HR administration, and people processes across multiple European countries while developing a solid foundation in Human Resources.

What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
HR Administration
  • Support the preparation of employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and new hire paperwork.
  • Assist with drafting employment letters, confirmations, certificates, and other standard HR documentation.
  • Support work permit applications, renewals, and employment-related administrative processes.
  • Assist with employee registrations and employment changes with local authorities.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee files.
Recruitment Support
  • Update and maintain job descriptions.
  • Publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
  • Screen CVs and support candidate shortlisting for entry-level and operational roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
  • Support employment reference checks and recruitment administration.
Time & Attendance
  • Assist with creating and maintaining employee records within the Time & Attendance system.
  • Support employee requests and corrections.
  • Follow up on time and attendance anomalies.
  • Maintain EMEA public holiday calendars.
HR Systems & Data
  • Create and maintain employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Ensure employee information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Support regular HR reporting and data validation.
  • Assist with HR system testing and continuous improvements where required.
Compliance & Employee Support
  • Monitor mandatory compliance training and follow up with employees as required.
  • Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the EMEA HR team.
  • Assist employees with general HR-related queries and direct requests to the appropriate stakeholders.
What We Look for in You (Required Qualifications)
  • University degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (completed within the last 12 months or currently in progress).
  • Fluent in English and Italian (German, French or additional European languages are an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and technology.
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous internship or administrative experience in Human Resources or Administration.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, or Time & Attendance systems.
  • Interest in employment law, HR operations, or recruitment.
  • Interest in technology, fintech, or Bitcoin.
