Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in a chemical laboratory is mandatory.
• Experience with HTE platforms or laboratory automation is a strong advantage.
• Thorough knowledge of organic chemistry.
• Programming skills and data handling are advantageous.
• Strong teamwork and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent English communication; German collaboration helpful.

Aufgaben

• Execute high-throughput reaction screenings with safe operation and thorough documentation.
• Perform reaction analysis using UPLC and other analytical techniques; assist method development.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HTE and automated lab equipment.
• Translate reaction conditions into HTE plate designs and write experimental recipes for automation.
• Collaborate with project chemists on experimental design and data interpretation.
• Contribute to automation workflow improvements and evaluate new technologies.
• Support training of junior colleagues in HTE and automated practices.
