Lonza in Visp, Switzerland, is looking for an MSAT Bioconjugates Process Expert to supervise and support bioconjugate processes across Lonza’s Visp facilities. The role connects development, manufacturing, QA and QC to ensure high-quality medicines and compliance.

This is a fully site-based position prioritizing real-time collaboration and technical precision to manufacture medicines safely. Strong bioconjugation and cGMP expertise, plus excellent communication, are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master or PhD in bioconjugation, biotechnology, chemical engineering, or related field.
• Solid experience in bioconjugation and biopharma manufacturing.
• Preferred cGMP experience.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Proficient in English; German language skills are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Execute assigned MSAT programs with focus on time, quality and cost, in compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Serve as a crucial network link between departments.
• Provide process inputs from a CGMP perspective.
• Own life cycle management including tech transfers and scale-ups.
• Lead process troubleshooting on the manufacturing floor.
• Represent MSAT in audits and inspections.
