Syngenta is seeking an HSE Manager for Mesoamérica in Mexico to lead health, safety and environmental programs across sites. The role partners with regional teams to drive HSE priorities, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance a strong safety culture in a dynamic agricultural environment.

The successful candidate will influence stakeholders, manage risks, and implement HSE processes aligned with global standards.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Science, Engineering or related Technical subject.

Aufgaben

• Partner with sites/managers to set HSE priorities and design service portfolio.
• Advise management on HSE regulations, risks and development of HSE personnel.
• Support leaders in building HSE capabilities to enable business strategy.
• Ensure local implementation of HSE processes (injury reporting, env issues, audits).
• Provide expert technical HSE advice and align with Code of Practices and regulations.
• Monitor compliance with HSE codes and legal requirements based on risk.
