Syngenta Crop Protection in Mexico seeks an HSE Manager Mesoamérica to lead health, safety and environmental programs across the region. You will partner with sites and functional managers to design services, implement processes, and reduce risk while ensuring compliance with local regulations and Syngenta standards.

The role requires a degree in science or engineering, strong HSE management experience, and advanced English, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and manage change.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Science, Engineering or related technical subject.
• Knowledge of HSE management systems and relevant legislation.
• National/international HSE qualifications.
• Strong project and change management experience.
• 10+ years in regional HSE management.
• Proficiency in English (advanced).

Aufgaben

• Partner with sites and managers to set HSE priorities and deliver tailored services.
• Advise on HSE changes, risks, and people development within territory.
• Build leaders’ HSE capabilities to enable strategy execution.
• Accountable for local HSE process implementation, reporting, and audits.
• Provide expert technical HSE guidance aligning with codes and laws.
• Monitor compliance with HSE practices and legal requirements.
• Lead Mexico and CAC HSE projects within the global strategy.
