Job summary

RED Global is seeking an HRIS Workday Functional Consultant for a 3-month contract with potential extension. Remote from Switzerland or nearshore Europe with occasional HQ travel. Strong focus on mapping end-to-end HR processes in greenfield environments and enabling standard operating procedures.

Requirements include 5+ years in HRIS/Workday functional consulting, excellent communication, and the ability to engage with senior leadership in workshops. English is mandatory; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS / Workday functional consulting.
• Experience entering greenfield environments with zero baseline documentation.
• Auditing Workday usage, identifying feature gaps, and advising on activations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate user workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Interface with senior leadership to align HR processes with Workday modules.
• Support standard operating procedures and knowledge transfer for the client.

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for an HRIS Workday Functional Consultant to join a project for a global leader. The initial contract starts ASAP, with excellent opportunities for extension.

• Switzerland-Based: Remote working with easy/regular access to the Swiss HQ.
• Nearshore (EU/UK): Fully remote from anywhere in Europe, with occasional travel to the Swiss HQ when required.

Specific skills/experience required:

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS / Workday functional consulting.
• Proven experience entering greenfield environments with zero baseline documentation to map end-to-end HR processes and establish standard operating procedures.
• Strong functional expertise in auditing current Workday usage, identifying feature gaps, and advising on module activations (hands-on coding/development is not required).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to interface with senior leadership and lead/facilitate user workshops.
• English speaking is a must (French is a strong plus).
