Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an SAP HCM Consultant (TM, OM & PA) based in Switzerland. You will help optimize SAP HCM solutions with a focus on Time Management, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration, collaborating with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into effective configurations and enhancements.

This remote role emphasizes data accuracy, smooth payroll integrations, and ongoing system improvements across implementation, support, and upgrade

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SAP HCM experience (TM/OM/PA).
• Good understanding of Personnel Administration actions and employee master data.
• Experience configuring Time Management, including work schedules and attendance.
• Knowledge of payroll-related integrations with SAP HCM PA/TM; payroll integration familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP HCM TM, OM, and PA modules.
• Analyze HR processes and translate requirements into system configurations.
• Maintain employee master data and organizational structures.
• Configure Time Management features like schedules and absences.
• Support payroll-related data flows and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document specs.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement resolutions.
• Prepare functional specs and configuration documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.
• Contribute to SAP HCM implementations, support, and upgrades.
