Job summary

Colombus Consulting in Geneva, Switzerland, is seeking a Consultant to help major clients define HR & Change strategy and drive adoption of new processes and HRIS solutions. You will design change management plans, develop HR processes, and support pre-sales activities while collaborating with managers across functions and languages (French/English, German a plus).

• Experience in HR process redesign and HRIS implementation with a focus on change management.
• Proficiency in change management methodologies; certification required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage managers.
• Knowledge of data and digital project best practices.
• Analytical mindset for business analysis and process optimization.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a consultant, your main roles and responsibilities will cover various activities and engagements such as:

• Work with our Clients (major groups) to define their HR & Change strategy, vision, needs
• Design Change Management approach, plan and deployment to ensure end users adoption
• Design relevant and efficient processes and solutions to serve and improve their operations
• Define HR & Change program, projects and roadmap to support their strategy
• Implement & deploy new processes and solutions (HRIT, ERP…) in a strong ROI approach
• Participate to pre-sales activities (RFP, presentations …)

SKILLS

• Track record in HR process (re)design, and HRIS implementation with a clear focus on HR & Change Management activities (impact assessment, personas, change plan, training and coaching planning and execution, KPIs, adoption, eLearning design...)
• Experience in implementing HRIS applications (design, UAT)
• Change Management methodology / certification is A MUST (PROSCI or other)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (especially with managers)
• Knowledge of best practices (organization, processes, solutions) in data and digital projects
• Proven analytical methodology for Business analysis and optimization
• Strong project Management experience (Agile / Waterfall)
• Programme and project committees presentations
• Leadership, Rigorousness and Autonomy
• Languages: French, and English, German is a plus
