Job summary

Crypto Finance Group, Zurich office, seeks a hands-on HR professional to join the small HR team and support end-to-end HR administration and recruitment. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, payroll support, and HR systems in a fast-growing fintech environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR, strong German and English skills, and a proactive, discrete mindset. Office-based work at the Prime Tower in Zurich offers an engaging, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HR Services or HR Administration or similar operational HR role.
• Proven recruitment expertise for technology and technical specialist roles.
• Completed HR-related education, training, or equivalent practical HR experience.
• Excellent German and English skills (business level English).
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding and data management.
• Recruitment coordination: drafting ads, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and file management.
• Payroll support and liaison with external payroll providers.
• Administer and maintain HR systems (e.g., Personio, Workable); implement system updates.
• Support HR budgeting, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination with Finance.
• Lead HR projects and provide general HR support with attention to compliance.
• Prepare and follow up on HR reporting and stakeholder inquiries.
