Breitling in Grenchen invites you to join our squad as HR Specialist – Apprenticeship & Vocational Training (60%). You will support our Commercial apprentices throughout their journey, acting as a key contact for apprentices, trainers, and managers.

You will collaborate with the HR team on projects, coordinate with schools and authorities, and help ensure a smooth experience from recruitment to graduation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Human Resources, vocational training, apprenticeship management, or a similar field.
• Fluent in English, French and German; additional languages are appreciated.
• Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office is expected.

Aufgaben

• Support apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey from recruitment to graduation.
• Act as the main contact for apprentices on administrative and HR matters.
• Advise and support trainers and managers in day-to-day management of apprentices.
• Coordinate relationships with vocational schools, cantonal authorities, training providers and external partners.
