Job summary

Humanitas Care Home in Riehen is seeking an HR Employee to manage payroll and HR administration for 80-100% of full-time work. The role involves personnel data handling, recruitment, and payroll execution in a busy nursing home environment.

You will support HR management, ensure accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes. A confidential, client-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Further training in payroll, social insurance and/or HR.
• Several years of professional experience in payroll or HR.
• Independent and precise working style.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with high confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration from A to Z.
• Oversee employee data management and payroll processes.
• Conduct recruitment activities including interviews and onboarding.
• Handle labour law matters such as contracts and terminations.
• Manage employee benefits and insurances and salary questions.
• Execute monthly payroll runs and ensure correct posting.
