Arcplace's HR team invites you to join a dynamic SME environment focused on delivering professional, personal HR support. You will manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, payroll, and recruitment, ensuring accurate contracts and timely documents.

You’ll advise managers and employees on HR topics, support apprentices, and drive digitalisation with Abacus, Leapsome, and softgarden as a key user, shaping our HR processes.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an HR generalist with relevant education.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Proficient in digital HR tools, with Abacus experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.
• Manage payroll, social insurance, and year-end tasks independently.
• Lead recruitment from posting to contract creation.
• Advise managers and employees on HR topics.
• Support apprentices and promote their development.
• Act as a key user of Abacus, Leapsome and softgarden; drive HR digitalisation.
