Jobtailor in Zug, Switzerland, seeks a Head of HR to lead the central HR function and strategically develop it. You will manage a three-person HR team and drive the HR strategy, processes, and tools across the full employee life cycle.

You will advise the Executive Management on strategic HR matters, lead digitalization projects, and strengthen employer attractiveness while ensuring payroll, compliance, and data protection are upheld.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced qualification in HR management (Federal Diploma of Higher Education or master’s equivalent).
• Several years of experience in an HR leadership role with strategic and operational responsibility (≥3 years).
• Experience in developing the HR function, organizational development, leading projects, and optimizing processes.
• Strong affinity for IT and in-depth knowledge of modern HR systems, ideally Abacus.
• Confident handling of payroll, employment law, and key HR processes.
• Engaging communication skills and ability to bring together diverse stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Assume overall responsibility for GGZ’s central HR function and develop it strategically and operationally.
• Lead and develop an HR team of three employees.
• Further develop the HR strategy, processes, and tools.
• Advise and support the Executive Management on strategic HR matters.
• Lead organizational and HR projects, particularly in digitalization and employer attractiveness.
• Ensure efficient core HR processes throughout the entire employee life cycle.
• Oversee payroll, HR controlling, compliance, and data protection.
• Serve as a member of the management team at the head office and act as a sparring partner to the Executive Management.
