• Provide administrative support across the employee life cycle (onboarding, offboarding, absences, birthdays).
• Maintain and manage personnel files and record simple changes.
• Coordinate interview appointments and prepare standard correspondence from templates.
• Handle general HR administrative tasks on site in Lenzburg (5 days/week).
