Zusammenfassung

CERN in Geneva seeks a Hospitality Operations Support role to assist Catering and Housing services for the CERN community. Under the Housing Manager, you will handle day-to-day coordination, follow up on user requests and liaise with internal teams and external providers.

You should have hospitality or service-management exposure, strong organization, and a service-oriented mindset. English or French skills required, with willingness to learn the other language.

Qualifikationen

• You have up to two years of professional experience since graduation in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• University degree is required; PhD holders are not eligible.
• You must be a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State.

Aufgaben

• Support the operational follow-up of Hospitality activities, including contracts and day-to-day service coordination.
• Monitor service quality, contract performance and operational indicators.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve issues.
• Assist in organizing the catering component of CERN Open Days 2027.
