CERN is seeking a candidate to support the day-to-day operation of Catering and Housing services used by the CERN community.

Working under the supervision of the Housing Manager, you will provide practical and responsive operational support, helping the team manage recurring activities, follow up on user requests and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers in an international environment.

Aufgaben

• Support the operational follow-up of Hospitality activities, including accommodation-related contracts, day-to-day service coordination, user requests, tickets, feedback and service issues.
• Contribute to the monitoring of service quality, contract performance and operational indicators.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support the resolution of operational issues and ensure smooth follow-up and communication.
• Support the Organization of the catering component of CERN Open Days 2027.

Be sure to meet the eligibility criteria

• You are a national of aCERN Member State or Associate Member State. Currently, we cannot consider applications from Pakistani, Lithuanian, Latvian, Cypriot and Croatian nationals, as the ceiling defined under Article II.5 of the Associate Membership Agreement has been reached.
• By the application deadline, you have a maximum of 2 years of professional experience since graduation in the respective field and your highest educational qualification is either a bachelor’s or master’s degree. You must have a university degree and can’t hold a PhD.
• You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.
