Avertis Group in the DACH region is expanding its fundraising and investor relations platform. We are seeking an experienced professional to build and lead deal sourcing, investor engagement, and capital-raising mandates across FinTech, AI ESG, and digital business models.

You will leverage an existing network of venture funds, family offices, and strategic investors to connect startups with suitable backers, manage due diligence, term sheets, and closing support, and grow the firm’s presence in

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of relevant VC/investment banking/financing experience.
• Proven track record in Seed and Series A financing rounds.
• Existing investor network across the DACH region with VC funds, family offices or HNWIs.

Responsabilidades

• Identify startups in the DACH region seeking Seed or Series A funding.
• Build and manage a pipeline of fundraising mandates.
• Coordinate investor introductions and due diligence coordination.
• Support the full fundraising process from outreach to closing.
• Build long-term relationships with founders, investors, family offices and strategic partners.
