- At least 7 years in online slot game production.
- Experience producing for regulated US gaming markets.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end production pipeline from concept to post-launch optimisation.
- Shape the studio's game portfolio and slate.
- Lead licensed and branded content production and licensor relations.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams across design, maths, art, audio, eng, QA and compliance.
- Establish production standards, processes and QA practices.
- Monitor regulatory developments in US/Canada and align content accordingly.
- Recruit, mentor and develop talent as the studio grows.
- Analyse performance data to maximise commercial success and inform creative decisions.
- Collaborate with platform providers, B2B aggregators and partners.
