Jobgether on behalf of a partner company is seeking a Creative Producer in Switzerland. You will own the full advertising creative production lifecycle for mobile games, from research and concept to final delivery and performance optimisation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years as Creative Producer in mobile gaming or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of video and motion design production workflows.
• Knowledge of UA metrics: IPM, CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS.
• Experience analysing creative performance and proposing A/B testing hypotheses.
• Ability to translate insights into effective creative concepts and briefs.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with creative and marketing teams.
• English proficiency at least B1.
• Experience with playable ads and AI-powered tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse advertising creative performance and testing results.
• Conduct ongoing marketing research to identify trends and formats.
• Develop creative strategies by generating new concepts and hypotheses.
• Prepare detailed briefs for motion designers and artists.
• Plan and organise production workflows and allocate resources.
• Oversee the end-to-end production process and coordinate revisions.
• Monitor timelines and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
