Job summary

UCB is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager for our Internal Manufacturing Supply Chain team in Bulle, Switzerland. The role focuses on leading the warehouse, shaping strategy, and driving continuous improvement within a hybrid work setup.

You will develop leaders, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and champion a strong HSE culture while aligning with global supply chain objectives and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Leadership experience in Warehouse, Logistics or Supply Chain environments.
• Strong strategic mindset with potential for broader Supply Chain leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing teams, developing leaders and driving organizational change.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in international and matrix organizations.
• Strong HSE mindset, with fluent French and English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Warehouse & Logistics performance, ensuring safe, HSE-compliant and efficient operations.
• Develop the warehouse roadmap aligned with Internal Manufacturing Supply Chain strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement, transformation initiatives and operational performance through relevant KPIs.
• Champion a strong HSE culture, ensuring compliance and proactive risk prevention.
• Develop Team Leaders and strengthen organizational capabilities and leadership maturity.
• Build strong relationships with international, cross-functional and senior Supply Chain stakeholders.
