Job summary

Pilatus Flugzeugwerke AG in Stans (NW) seeks a Team Leader Reliability and Maintainability Engineering to guide the Reliability & Maintainability team, including GSE responsibilities. You will drive RCAs, FRACAS, and HUMS projects, aligning targets with senior management.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with 10+ years in aircraft reliability and maintenance, and English at B1 level. This permanent position offers 100% workload and Swiss work conditions.

Qualifications

University degree in aeronautical or mechanical/electrical engineering.
10+ years' experience in aircraft maintenance and reliability aspects.
Written and spoken English; B1 level required.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Reliability & Maintainability Engineering Team, including Ground Support Equipment.
Perform reliability, availability and maintainability assessments and report to senior management.
Define, control and monitor reliability, availability and maintainability concepts, targets and requirements.
Manage and maintain the FRACAS system and database.
Lead the design and development of HUMS for a dedicated product.
Prepare departmental workload forecasts, resource estimations and budget planning.
