Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft Ltd in Stans, Switzerland, seeks a Team Leader Reliability and Maintainability Engineering to lead the RM&E team for ground support equipment and a dedicated HUMS development project.

You will perform RM&A assessments, manage FRACAS, and define reliability targets while reporting to senior management. Requirements include a university degree in engineering, 10+ years in aircraft reliability, English proficiency and German at B1 level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in aircraft maintenance and reliability.
• Fluent written and spoken English; German at least B1.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet schedules.
• Supplier management and reliability negotiations.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff motivation under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reliability & Maintainability Engineering Team including Ground Support Equipment.
• Perform RM&A assessments and report to senior management.
• Define and monitor RM concepts, targets and requirements.
• Manage FRACAS and related database.
• Lead HUMS design and development for a dedicated product.
• Prepare workload forecasts, resource estimates and budget planning.
