Qualifikationen

• Degree or banking education in finance/accounting/controlling.
• 5–7 years in Operations, Backoffice or Accounting within financial services.
• Avaloq experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience with accountability and integrity.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Reconciliation team with resource planning and coaching.
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly reconciliation processes for cash and securities.
• Ensure timely resolution of cash and security differences in collaboration with departments.
• Drive strategy with process improvements, automation, and robust internal controls.
• Monitor aging items and prepare weekly management reports for transparency.
• Act as primary contact for external audits and coordinate reviews with Risk Office.
• Execute strategic ad-hoc assignments and projects.
