Pictet in Zurich seeks a seasoned Head of Cash Desk & Safekeeping to lead cash operations and safekeeping functions. You will oversee central funds, ATM replenishment, and the handling of physical securities while coaching a team of specialists and ensuring top-level service to a demanding client base.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with banking/finance exposure.
• Significant experience (5–8 years) in banking, cash/treasury operations, or handling physical securities.
• Experience leading an operational team and coordinating cash desk activities.

Aufgaben

• Lead cash operations for Zurich and Basel branches with high service standards.
• Supervise central cash fund, monitor currency stock, and ATM replenishment.
• Organise team planning, coaching, and performance follow-up.
• Oversee handling of physical securities, precious metals, coins and cheques, and cash transports.
• Ensure safe deposit box management and maintain internal controls.
