Partner Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Systems & Innovation based in Switzerland. You will shape the systems and workflows that enable content to be created, structured, reused, optimized, and distributed at scale, connecting content to personalization and audience experiences.

This strategic, highly collaborative role requires a strong product mindset, hands‑on CMS experience (Contentful preferred), and a proven ability to translate editorial and business needs into scalable

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in content strategy, systems, operations, or related discipline.
• Hands-on with modular content systems in a modern CMS; Contentful preferred.
• Knowledge of modeling, taxonomy, metadata, governance, reusable content.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement modular content strategy with models, taxonomy, metadata and governance.
• Lead reusable content structures for websites, newsletters, tools, and personalized experiences.
• Develop structured models for healthcare information (conditions, drugs, FAQs).
• Create tools, templates, workflows to improve planning, structuring, updating and distribution.
• Identify workflow friction and scale solutions to address them.
• Evaluate tech to improve content operations, reuse, personalization, quality and performance.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities across tagging, transformation, updating and distribution.
• Design workflows balancing automation with editorial and governance oversight.
• Test emerging technologies for potential operational value.
• Partner with Product/Tech to connect content with personalization and journeys.
• Establish content-system standards, governance and quality controls.
• Translate editorial and audience needs into system requirements.
• Measure and feed back on new tools and content systems.
• Build organizational understanding of structured content for discovery and growth.
