Job summary

Savify AG is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive delivery, customer success, onboarding and process excellence as the company scales. You will own processes from signature to savings invoicing and plan capacity with FP&A leadership, while tracking cycle time and customer satisfaction across engagements.

The role requires German C2 and fluent English, with optional Lean/Six Sigma experience. Hybrid working model in St. Gallen, with travel around 10% and a strong emphasis on tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, PM or consulting with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong process thinking and systems thinking.
• German C2 and fluent English.
• Nice to have Lean/Six Sigma in professional-services organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Delivery, Customer Success, Onboarding and process roles.
• Own the process from contract signature to savings invoicing.
• Plan capacity with negotiation leadership and FP&A.
• Track cycle time, utilisation and customer satisfaction.
• Introduce and scale CRM, project-management and automation tools.
