Job summary

Savify AG in St. Gallen, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Controlling professional to validate baselines, price and volume effects, and to agree savings with customers for invoicing. You will prepare success-based invoices, monitor receipts and report savings to customers, management and partners.

The role involves improving the methodology with Data Science and working closely with the CFO. The role requires 3+ years in controlling, strong Excel and ERP skills, and fluency in German (C1) and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of controlling experience, ideally in procurement or project controlling.
• Excellent Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Accuracy and confidence in customer discussions.
• German C1 and good English.

Ensure that every reported saving is traceable, customer-approved and correctly invoiced.

Your responsibilities

• Validate baselines, price and volume effects and duration for each negotiation

Your profile

• 3+ years of controlling, ideally procurement or project controlling

Responsibility and collaboration

• Professional; no line-management responsibility; reports to CFO.

Your goals for the first six months

• A consistent savings methodology and less than thirty days from result to invoice.
