Job summary

The Quality Group in Zug, Switzerland (hybrid) seeks a Global Transformation Leader to own Finance & Controlling processes and drive end-to-end transformation across the organisation. Based in Zug with travel to other sites, you will shape the roadmap, lead cross-functional owners and push automation and data-driven improvements.

You will report to the CFO, supervise a team of process owners and collaborate with the executive team to fund strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or Accounting, incl. global finance process design in a multinational, multi-entity organisation.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a rolling 2-3 year transformation roadmap for processes, data and systems.
• Own Finance & Controlling processes from financial close to costing and intercompany accounting.
• Turn function-by-function activities into clear, connected processes with an accountable owner.
• Lead the Global Process Owners community and set a shared cross-functional improvement agenda.
• Drive automation, digitisation and smarter data usage to replace manual workarounds.
• Align process architecture with growth plans (new brands, markets, M&A).
• Set up governance to prioritise, sequence and fund transformation initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of process owners and SME leads, partnering with CFO and executive team.
