Job summary

Keyrock is seeking a Head of Risk to own the firm’s risk function end-to-end, overseeing trading, treasury and investments across CeFi and DeFi. You will design, implement and enforce a firm-wide risk framework with the COO and CIO, focusing on data, analytics and real-time risk aggregation.

The candidate will lead quant risk modelling, establish advanced risk metrics and drive a strong risk culture while enabling growth in a global, remote-first team.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in quantitative risk management and modelling.
• Experience designing or co-designing firm-wide risk systems.
• Knowledge of both traditional finance and digital assets risk.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a quantitative risk framework for market, credit, liquidity and systemic risk.
• Co-design and implement the firm-wide risk system with COO and CIO, including data architecture and risk aggregation.
• Create an integrated cross-venue risk view across CeFi and DeFi environments.
• Define advanced risk metrics (VaR, ES, stress tests) and ensure consistent application.
• Translate TradFi risk methodologies to crypto-native contexts and 24/7 markets.
