over99.com is seeking a Head of Design to own and define how the brand, product, and content look and evolve across all touchpoints. This senior role wields real authority to shape direction with bold visual identity in a fast-moving crypto casino environment.

You will build the design function from the ground up, lead a growing team, and stay hands-on when speed demands it. Remote-first, high-impact role with broad cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning design across product + brand + marketing in fast-moving environments.
• Experience building and scaling design teams from scratch.
• Hands-on design capability across UI/UX, marketing visuals, and motion/video.
• Crypto, gaming, gambling, or Web3 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fully own and be accountable for the entire design function across product, brand, marketing, and content.
• Define priorities, make decisions independently, and execute without close supervision.
• Build the design team from the ground up, including hiring strategy and structure.
• Establish design systems, workflows, and review processes balancing speed and quality.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and growth while retaining final ownership.
