Job summary

On seeks a Lead Logistics Procurement Excellence to build and scale its Logistics Procurement Center of Excellence. You will drive maturity across the procurement organization, partnering with IT, Finance, and Legal to standardize policies, tools, and reporting.

You will implement best-practice sourcing, manage Coupa/Ariba platforms, and own KPI dashboards, ensuring global alignment and cost-savings. Strong change leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement excellence, category management, or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the CoE strategy for Logistics Procurement Excellence.
• Identify cross-category savings opportunities and drive process efficiencies.
• Standardize policies, SOPs, and reporting for visibility and accountability.
• Establish best-practice sourcing toolkit including templates and playbooks.
• Drive adoption of Coupa, Ariba, or similar platforms and automate reporting.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings across Finance, IT, and Legal for alignment.
• Own KPI dashboard and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Train and onboard team members on procurement tools and processes.
