Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior IT Sourcing Leader to guide a high-performing team and oversee strategic sourcing across multiple technology categories. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial value, optimize supplier relationships, and deliver sourcing excellence.

The role entails leading negotiations, ensuring delivery quality and compliance, and continuously improving processes while identifying cost-saving opportunities and innovations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
• Knowledge of IT categories including software, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, and managed services.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
