Job summary

Zeppelin Group is seeking a Head of Procurement Excellence to drive strategic development, standardization, and continuous improvement of procurement globally. The role focuses on purchasing strategy, governance, data-driven decision-making, and capability building.

You will lead the introduction and adoption of P2P suites and sourcing tools, while advancing sustainable procurement in line with ESG and due diligence obligations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
• Extensive procurement experience with strategic sourcing or procurement excellence.
• Experience leading cross-functional/global projects and change-management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and rollout of procurement systems and governance across the group.
• Define and implement procurement strategies, standards, and KPIs with a focus on efficiency and transparency.
• Drive sustainable procurement strategies aligned with ESG criteria and due diligence acts.
• Manage complex global procurement projects and governance within the global network.
• Develop corporate standards and dashboards for savings, performance, and ESG metrics.
