Job summary
Zurich Insurance is seeking aHead Legal Data & Digital leader (80-100%) to guide strategic legal support for digital innovation. You will advise on technology, data, privacy and digital business models, collaborating with Zurich’s global teams to shape the legal agenda.
You will lead a high-performing team, drive governance improvements, and coordinate with regulators and external counsel to support responsible business execution in a dynamic, international context.
Qualifications
- Law degree and bar exam, preferably from Switzerland.
- Postgraduate studies, such as an LL.M., and relevant privacy qualifications are advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is desirable.
- Proven people leadership experience in a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on technology, data, privacy and digital business models.
- Draft and review intra-group agreements and other legal documents.
- Lead a high-performing team and shape strategic direction for Legal Data & Digital.
- Own end-to-end response to significant data incidents and regulatory obligations.
- Engage with regulators, external counsel and internal control functions.
