GLOBAL SALES MANAGER SEGMENT HYDRO (f/m/d)

The work location is flexible and will be agreed upon based on the candidate's profile.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive sales activities across the full Hydro service portfolio, with a particular focus on strategic, global and cross-regional opportunities
• Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with Regional Directors and operational teams
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key strategic clients
• Promote Hydro’s global capabilities and foster collaboration across regions
• Contribute to the execution of Hydro’s commercial strategy in close cooperation with the Segment Head and Regional Directors
• Provide market and client insights to support commercial priorities and business development activities

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or in a related field
• Significant experience in international B2B sales, business development, or commercial management, preferably in engineering, consulting, energy or infrastructure
• Proven track record in managing complex international sales opportunities including commercial negotiations and client relationships
• Experience in international and matrix organizations
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams
• Good understanding of CRM systems and structured sales processes
• Knowledge of the hydropower sector and its international client landscape is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally

You will identify new business opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and connect expertise across AFRY.
