Huhtamaki AG is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the financial, operational, and governance framework of its Principal Company operating model. This role drives profitability, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable processes across regions.

The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end financial performance, design robust controls, and work with IT, Global Tax, and Global Treasury to optimize systems and reporting. Based in Zug or Espoo with international travel.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive finance leadership experience across accounting, reporting, performance, and profitability management.
• Experience with buy-sell and intercompany operating models, including transfer pricing and tax considerations.
• Strong ERP implementation and systems development skills; track record of process design.

Aufgaben

• Lead the end-to-end governance and performance of the Principal Company operating model across regions.
• Drive supply chain, customer service, finance, and IT alignment to improve profitability and compliance.
• Oversee accounting, month-end close, statutory reporting, and management information systems.
• Ensure VAT compliance, balance sheet integrity, and hedging processes, with robust internal controls.
