Huhtamaki AG is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the financial, operational, and governance framework of the Principal Company operating model. You will drive profitability, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable processes across regions while integrating Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance and Systems.

The role demands strong leadership, experience with buy–sell models, transfer pricing, and IFRS control.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive finance leadership across accounting, reporting and profitability management.
• Proactive and collaborative with ability to drive change in a global matrix.
• Strong communication to influence senior stakeholders and cross functions.
• Deep expertise in buy–sell and intercompany models, transfer pricing, tax.
• Experience with supply chain, inventory planning, and S&OP processes.
• ERP implementation and systems development experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end design, governance, and performance of the Principal Company model.
• Drive profitability and operational excellence across regions.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close activities.
• Collaborate with IT, Tax, and Treasury on system governance and improvements.
• Ensure VAT compliance, balance sheet integrity, and IFRS reporting.
• Direct transfer pricing, financial analysis, and business case evaluation.
• Own onboarding of customers/suppliers and ERP development initiatives.
• Lead cross-regional onboarding and manage internal controls and risk.
