Zusammenfassung

Swisslinx seeks a senior manufacturing leader to oversee a DSP unit in Switzerland, responsible for safety, quality and on-time delivery of biopharmaceutical products. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and manage performance, development and resource planning.

In this role you will drive continuous improvement, ensure GMP compliance, foster cross-functional collaboration with MSAT, QA and operations, and represent Manufacturing in audits and customer meetings.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or an equivalent degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, bioengineering or related discipline.

Aufgaben

• Lead, develop and coach a multidisciplinary manufacturing team comprising process engineers, manufacturing specialists, shift team leads and biotechnologists.
• Oversee performance management, talent development, workforce planning, recruitment and employee relations within the DSP organization.
• Ensure safe, compliant and efficient execution of DSP manufacturing operations in GMP-compliant, quality-driven and customer-focused terms.
• Deliver manufacturing campaigns on schedule while meeting safety, quality and operational performance targets.
• Monitor performance indicators, resolve manufacturing issues and drive continuous improvement across production.
