Job summary

DISCO Pharmaceuticals GmbH seeks a VP Discovery to lead its innovative oncology pipeline. The role oversees multispecific and logic-gated TCE/ADC programs from discovery to DC nomination, partnering with senior leadership on strategy and resource allocation.

Based in Schlieren, CH, with occasional travel, you will manage scientific and organizational leadership across diverse teams and drive portfolio execution to deliver transformative therapies for cancer patients.

Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology, Oncology, Molecular Biology, or related field.
• 14+ years in biotech/pharma drug discovery with senior leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record advancing oncology programs from discovery to nomination and expertise in multispecific biologics and T-cell engagers.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery portfolio and scientific teams; ensure milestone delivery across multispecific and TCE/ADC programs.
• Provide scientific and organizational leadership to multidisciplinary project teams.
• Shape and execute portfolio strategy with executive leadership; align goals and resources.
• Guide Translational and preclinical strategies including mechanism-of-action and biomarkers.
